A very big Thank You to everyone who helped in any way to make our Annual Toy Giveaway a success. To all of those who donated toys and gifts, those who donated money to purchase toys , to all of those who volunteered to shop, sort or bag gifts, to those who help distribute. It takes all of you to make this event happen. We hope you all had a blessed Christmas Season.

We were so blessed to receive the Neighbor to Neighbor grant from DOT foods on Friday. A huge thank you to all the volunteers who helped to get it all put away and organized. We can’t wait to bless all of our families this holiday season.

A big shout out to the students of Bluffs School for collecting almost 4,000 food items for the families we serve. We cannot thank them enough for a job well done. We love to see the youth of our communities going the extra mile to serve others
Our May 2024 Scholarship Winners from Winchester - Sadie Fundel and Allie Jones.
Sadie is attending SEMO and majoring in Criminal Justice and Allie is at Western majoring in Criminal Justice.
We are blessed to have gotten to watch these two grow up serving others. Since they were both young they have made serving others a priority in their lives. We are all so excited to see all that God is going to do in their lives.
Our third scholarship winner was Mr. Colton Coats a 2024 Graduate from Bluffs High School. Colton is attending John Wood Community College majoring in Civil Engineering.
Our youth continue to amaze us when it comes to their dedication to serving their community.
A shout out to the Protos House of Winchester Grade School on a wonderful job on their holiday food drive for the Outreach Community Center.

Our Charlie Brown and Snoopy float we entered in the 6th Annual WHS Key Club Lighted Christmas Parade during Hometown Christmas on Saturday, December 2, 2023.
It was our first time entering but we had a lot of fun; and our float survived the rain.
We are blessed to have the continued support from our community.

A big thank you to the Bluffs Student Council for sponsoring an all school food drive for the families we serve. They collected 1,100 items for our food pantry. Great job kids.
Join us in being a part of making a child’s Christmas special. On December 2nd during the Home Town Christmas Celebration we will be holding a “Pack the Truck” toy drive in front of the Outreach Community Center from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. All donors can register to when a $50 gift certificate to a local business of their choice. We will be drawing that evening following the parade. Thank you all for your continued support.
OCC 2023 Christmas Giveaway Registration
PLEASE READ THIS ALL THE WAY THROUGH BEFORE PROCEEDING.
Christmas is quickly approaching and we are preparing for our Annual Christmas Giveaway. We are asking that you complete the following registration form with all requested information. Please read each question carefully.
The deadline to submit this form and to register for the giveaway will be November 12, 2023 by 8pm.
(No Exceptions).
Please remember 1 person will only be able to register a child. So a parent OR a grandparent can register a child, but not both. The child must be Newborn to High School.
The pickup day and time for those who preregistered for the Christmas Giveaway will be Friday, December 15, 2023, from 4pm to 8pm. This is the only day and times we will be available for pickup.
**Pickup will be at the Outreach Community Center.
** If you are having someone else pick up please send a note with them.
**You will need to show identification.
